OIL FILTER ELEMENT
Function
The function of oil filter element is to remove solid particles, impurities and oil inferior substances in oil, make the oil that enters
the main engine is very clean to protect it safe operation.
High-class material
The Material of oil filter is choose HV companyʼs ultra fine glass fiber composite filter material or Korean Ahlstrom companyʼs
pure wood pulp filter paper, which with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, more stable performance, high
through rate, better filtering effect , the service life of oil filter is improved.
The harm of oil filter overuse
◆ Insufficient oil return amount after plugging causes the exhaust temperature to be too high, shortening the service life of
oil and oil filter.
◆ A lack of oil return amount after plugging will not lubricate the main engine, leading to a serious shortening of the main
engine life.
◆ When the filter element is damaged, unfiltered oil containing a large amount of metal particles enters the main engine will
causes it to be damaged.

Suitable for the compressors
Ingersoll Rand, Atlas, Fusheng, Compair, LIUTECH, HITACH, KOBELCO, GAIRS, KAESER, KAISHAN, Red rings, UNITED OSD etc.
Performance parameters
Filtration accuracy: 10µm-15µm, , Filtration efficiency greater than 98%, service life up to 2000 hours.
Note
Grease the gasket surface when installing.
Use shoddy oil or mixed oil will accelerate the formation of carbon ,and shorten the oil filter use life.
